Recording Only:
• 1 Song -$125 per musician with
horn parts transcribed from prearranged horn parts/ 2 hour session
max.**
• 2 Songs-$175 per musician with
horn parts transcribed from prearranged horn parts/2.5 hour session
max.**
• 3 Songs-$250 per musician with
horn parts transcribed from prearranged horn parts/3.5 hour session
max.**
• 4 Songs-$325 per musician with
horn parts transcribed from prearranged horn parts/5 hour session
max.**

Prices Are Negotiable!!
*These
prices are for parts that have previously been arranged by the
client via written charts, MIDI, synthesizer, scratch vocals,
etc. Prices are negotiable and may vary according to each song
and how simple, complex, and/or thorough the arrangements are.
For example, if multiple horn parts and harmonies are requested
for an extremely complex arrangement with only a single, scratch,
basic lead synth horn line given to us for a part reference,
an arranging fee would apply.
**Session max is the maximum time allowed for musicians to record
in one session. In other words, if you say you’re satisfied
with the recording, the musicians go home. Any revisions are
then subject to another session fee. |
Horn Arranging Fees:
Arrangements start at $50 a song. Prices vary according to how many
parts are needed for each instrument and how complex each arrangement
is. For example, if you have a song that is a simple ballad with 3
part harmony pads in the choruses, $50 would be the arranging fee.
That would be a simple song scenario. On the complex side, if your
tune has a Tower of Power style with 5 part horn harmonies (2 trumpets,
tenor sax, trombone, and baritone sax) and lots of fast lines and
stabs throughout the whole song, the fee would probably be around
$150 for that particular song. Charts are included with the arranging
fee.
Because many musicians are involved with Hi Speed Horns, projects
are subject to a contract signed by the client and Hi Speed Horns.
Half of the total fee is due before arranging and/or recording commences.
The rest is due upon completion of the project. Master Files will
be available for download after final payment has been made.
